Pravah Law has a diverse practice across Service Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Commercial Law, among other subjects.
Service Law
We handle matters pertaining to pay fixation, seniority disputes, disciplinary actions, transfers, deputation and absorption, pension, study leaves, recoveries, and disability rights. We appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench and circuit benches), the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India in these matters.
Constitutional Law
Our practice includes public interest litigation, constitutional torts, fundamental rights litigation and right to information matters. We appear before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India in constitutional matters.
Criminal Law
We handle bail petitions, appellate defence, FIR registration, judicial supervision over police investigation, and quashing proceedings. We appear before Sessions Courts, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India in criminal matters.
Commercial Law
We handle arbitration, insolvency and intellectual property disputes. We also handle MSME disputes at all stages — from proceedings before the MSME Facilitation Council to arbitration and execution in courts — under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and intellectual property statutes.
