Shrutanjaya Bhardwaj

Shrutanjaya Bhardwaj has about 7 years of litigation experience at the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench at New Delhi), the National Company Law Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal (Principal Benches at New Delhi), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and various arbitral tribunals.
Shrutanjaya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from National Law University Delhi and a Master's Degree in Law from University of Michigan Law School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A.
Besides his law practice, Shrutanjaya regularly teaches at India's leading law schools and publishes research articles on issues of constitutional law, statutory interpretation and judicial process.

Omkar graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from National Law University Odisha in 2022. Prior to joining Pravah Law, Omkar has extensively worked with and assisted two Members of Parliament as a Legislative Associate.
